These Cyber Monday Chromebook sales are live a day early

Following up on Black Friday discounts, some of which are still available and appear below, come the Cyber Monday specials on Chromebooks. Like the list I posted for Black Friday, I’m not pointing out any deals for relatively older Chromebooks, mainly because they’ll have 2.5 or fewer years of Chrome OS update support left.

And also like the list from Friday, I’ve only listed the major specifications to get you started. Click the relevant product link for additional information such as the included ports, case materials, weight, and other information.

All savings are calculated from the MSRP.

Chrome OS support ends June 2026. (Note: a version with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of storage is available from Amazon for $319, a $180 savings)

Which to buy?

If your budget allows for it, I’d probably consider either the Pixel Slate bundle first but if you’d rather not have a Chrome OS tablet — even with the included keyboard and pen.

As long as you don’t mind not having a touchscreen the Asus Chromebook C425 is a great deal for the hardware; it’s also $50 less than it was for Black Friday. If you do need a touchscreen, you’re getting a lot of Chromebook in the Asus Chromebook 715 on the cheap as well.

    1. Thanks for the catch: Looks like they changed the model they were selling for Black Friday. I’ve updated the specs and added a link for an 8GB/64GB configuration on sale for $319. Cheers!

    2. Chromebooks have come so far too slowly!.. From when they first emerged for me around the early 2000s as coincidental predecessors to tables and had no public interest to models as of recent competing against MacBooks and Windows laptops makes me proud of Google for seeing the “Chromebook”vision all the way thru and more! I’ve never owned, nor needed to own any other device/laptop all thru college and graduate school!

  1. I fully support buying a Acer 715 for a home work Chromebook. Very nice value and build.
