The newest version of Chrome OS 75 finally brings USB device support to Project Crostini. Using Linux on my Chromebook, I can even use ADB commands to a connected Android phone.

Forget waiting for Android 8 on Chromebooks, we’re going right to Android 9 based on the latest Chrome OS Canary build. Look for an improved Google Assistant and far better Android Camera app on Chromebooks.
A new feature that shows or hides the top-chrome UIs with page scrolls is coming to Chrome tablets and 2-in-1 Chromebooks in tablet mode. This will show more usable content on the display, just like Chrome on Android does.
With this custom URL, it’s easy to see what’s new or changed between two Chrome OS versions on the same channel in lieu of full release notes.
Similar to the lock screen on Android, you’ll soon see incoming notifications when your Chromebook is locked. For now, it’s just a basic on or off option but hopefully, we’ll be able to customize notifications a little more.
